About me

As a little girl I imagined being a designer.

When I grew up, I became a shoe designer creating ladies’ footwear for M&S and Dorothy Perkins, where I honed my eye and expertise in style, detail, colour, trends, materials and shape.

It was a dream job, where I got to travel the world for design and trend inspiration. After having children, I wanted a career with less travel and more flexibility. So I turned my passion for styling friends into my next dream job as an independent personal stylist.

What I love most about being a stylist…

Is seeing the transformation the right clothes and accessories can make. I particularly love helping women who are going through life transitions - because I’ve been through many of these myself.

My own life experiences include transitioning from employee to freelance and creating my own brand. I’ve had career burnout and depression. I also know how it feels to go through a change of identity post-babies.

I understand first-hand the challenges of having to re-establish your network and career, not only after having children, but also having located three times for my husband’s career. I’ve also had self-confidence issues around body shape due to chronic IBS.

I have a totally empathetic approach

I’m a great listener, I’m kind and intuitive.

My mission is to transform your style and confidence to exceed in in your life, career and wellbeing.

Things I love.

“I was very nervous about being judged about my clothes, my weight, my insecurities and I told Emma this prior to meeting (figured honesty was the best policy). She absolutely put me at ease. She explained how everyone feels this way, that she would never judge me, and her job was to make me feel and look fabulous, and to only enhance my look and hone in on my style and what suited me.”
